Bookings

When you book a chauffeured car with Signature Chauffeur Services you will receive an emailed / texted confirmation of your order within 1hr. in this correspondence you will be provided with the chauffeurs full details including:

Full Name / Direct Mobile Number / Vehicle Type Colour and Registration.

Attire

Signature Chauffeur Services chauffeurs will wear a clean, dark, wool suit and a white or blue shirt, tie and polished shoes.

Meeting the Passenger

Signature Chauffeur Services chauffeurs always greet the client in a courteous and civil manner, assist them with their luggage and always open and close doors as appropriate. They will offer an umbrella if it’s raining and be willing and able to help the passengers with any tasks that might make their day easier.

Airport Pick-Ups

• Will always, when dropping a lone client to an address at night, ensure the passengers are safely inside the building before departing.
• Will always, when dropping a lone client to their car at night, ensure the passenger’s car starts and the client is safely on their way before departing.
